How to treat vomiting phlegm feeling cold in the extremities

Vomiting with cold hands and feet

When you vomit phlegm with cold extremities, abdominal cramps and inability to eat food due to irritability, measure elbow circumference with a string and cut it where the other end of the string touches each other.

Men should use the left elbow, while women use the right. Place one end of the string on the prominence of acupuncture point DU14 (??) and the other end down along the vertebrae, and mark the point where the other end of the string touches on the vertebra. Apply 50 moxa cones at the point.
