When the patient vomits foam, which indicates one of the five types of epilepsy (cow, horse, chicken, pig and lamb), apply 100 moxa cones at acupuncture points at SI3, HT7, BL15 and four points of Guian.
* guian: have the patient raise the shoulder and turn the body backwards. This makes two depressions at the waist.
