When the patient looks dead and vomits foam, apply 3 moxa cones at acupuncture points BL60 (??), BL61 (??), KI1 (??), PC8 (??), and DU26 (??). Apply 3 moxa cones at acupuncture points DU20 (??), GB8 (??), GB12 (??) and the prominence of the medial malleolus.
