Here is how to treat unbearable chest pain with purple dark complexion. You have chest pain with complexion getting purple dark and pain being unbearable enough to desire death. Apply acupuncture and moxibustion at the following acupuncture points.

Apply acupuncture at LU5 (??) and SJ6 (??) (Sedate).

With a needle being retained at ST36 (???), apply 2 x 7 moxa cones at LI4 (??), and 3 moxa cones at PC7 (??).

LV3 (??) can be added.
