Migraine and blurred vision

A migraine headache is characterized by intense throbbing pain or a pulsating feeling on one side of the brain. Nausea, vomiting, and acute sensitivity to light and sound are common symptoms. Migraine episodes can persist for hours or days, and the pain can be excruciating, interfering with daily tasks. Korean acupuncture is well known for its effectiveness in migraine treatment.

Here is how to treat migraine. Huh Im, a Korean royal doctor in the 1600s, prescribes acupuncture points for migraine and blurred vision. He recommends applying acupuncture at GB 20, ST 8, and GB 13 on the unaffected side, and retaining them for 10 breaths.

Drawing out qi makes a difference. He also recommends applying three moxa cones where there is thin hair and pulses can be felt, superior to the outer canthus of the eye.

Boils in head and eyes

A boil is a red, painful lump on the skin that forms at the site of an infected hair follicle. Boils most typically appear on regions of skin where there is a mix of hair, perspiration, and friction, such as the neck, face, or thighs.

When there are boils in the head and eyes with fullness in the chest and flank, Huh Im recommends bleeding the ulnar side of the cubital crease and acupuncture point ST43 in large amounts, which will make a difference soon.

The face contains information about your life as well as your health. When you compare photographs taken at different ages, the complexion in each photograph will remind you of all the good and terrible times in your life. By instinct or experience, we can gather a lot of information from the face.
